About The Role
As a Business Consultant, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship-building to closing and post-sale implementation. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role where your ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions will directly drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Build relationships with decision-makers through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposal → closing → implementation
- Create tailored solutions based on client needs and industry insights
- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Deliver compelling presentations and executive summaries
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional client experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (B2B sales strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and drive revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
