What You Will Do
Member & Guest Experience
- Greet all members and guests warmly and by name wherever possible, creating a personalized and seamless arrival experience
- Manage member check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Anticipate member needs and proactively offer assistance, information, and service recommendations
- Handle member inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
- Communicate club programming, amenities, and offerings clearly and enthusiastically
- Manage reservations for spa treatments, padel courts, dining, and member events
- Accurately maintain member records and update profiles in the club management system
- Coordinate with all departments to fulfill member requests and ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor lobby and reception areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a polished presentation at all times
- Process payments, manage member accounts, and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Serve as the central hub of communication between departments during shifts
- Answer all incoming calls, texts, and digital communications promptly and professionally
- Relay information to relevant teams and follow up to ensure requests are fulfilled
- Assist with preparation and execution of member events and club programming
- 1 to 3 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience in a luxury hotel, private club, or high-end retail environment
- Warm, professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with reservation management systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Genuine passion for member experience and service excellence
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
