About the Role

The Payroll Tax Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of our growing payroll tax department.

Responsibilities

• Support Payroll Tax department.
• Assist during daily tax processing and quarter-end processing as needed.
• Sorting and distributing mail.
• Prioritize and resolve assigned tasks in case management system (Pulse).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-2 years' experience in a related industry or field.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills.
• Adapt at managing time with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize assigned tasks.
• Motivated with great time management skills.
