Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience facilitating Scrum practices, coaching teams on Agile principles, and driving continuous improvement across delivery teams. This role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and consistent value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum framework, Agile values, and best practices
• Identify and remove impediments and dependencies impacting team productivity
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and self-organization
• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed and prioritized backlogs
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and team performance
• Support successful adoption of Agile practices across teams and programs
• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers / Agile Coaches (if applicable)
• Proactively manage risks, conflicts, and change within teams
• Ensure adherence to Scrum and organizational Agile standards

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall IT/Software Development experience
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean frameworks
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional development teams
• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and mentoring teams
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and business leaders
