Position Summary

We are hiring an Inside Sales Closer / Inside Sales Representative to work warm inbound leads and close sales. This role is ideal for experienced phone sales professionals who are motivated by performance-based pay and consistent lead flow.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Contact and close pre-qualified warm inbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls and present products and services
  • Build rapport and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Handle objections and close deals over the phone
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and quotas
  • Track leads, activity, and pipeline in CRM
  • Follow up with prospects to move deals to close

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Education & Experience

  • 2+ years of inside sales or phone sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
