About The Role

The Business Development Rep is responsible for creating new conversations with the right prospects, qualifying real opportunities, and moving only the strongest deals into the pipeline. You'll be the first impression of the company, opening doors, building credibility early, and partnering closely with leadership to close strategic deals.

What You'll Do

  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain a 30/60/90-day pipeline
  • Prospect and connect with ideal client targets
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling techniques
  • Develop and nurture referral and strategic partners
  • Conduct discovery meetings and qualify opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to close deals
  • Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date

  • 50% Prospecting & outbound outreach
  • 20% Networking & referral development
  • 10% Re-engaging inactive customers & client check-ins
  • 10% Territory analysis & ICP targeting
  • 10% CRM updates & pipeline management

  • Strong grit, motivation, and personal drive
  • Proven ability to reach senior decision-makers (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, Directors)
  • Excellent hunting and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to work independently across the full sales cycle
  • A strong LinkedIn presence and comfort with social selling
  • Experience building partnerships through networking and referrals

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience or a proven track record in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree
