This is a highimpact Business Development Representative (BDR) role for sales professionals who excel at prospecting, opening doors, and creating quality pipeline.

You won't be closing deals instead, you'll focus on starting the right conversations, qualifying strong opportunities, and feeding the sales team with highvalue prospects.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and engage new ideal client accounts.
  • Initiate and qualify conversations with decisionmakers.
  • Maintain a strong 30/60/90day pipeline.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound tools.
  • Build referral partnerships and strategic relationships.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Analyze territory data to identify ideal companies.
  • Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date.

Time Allocation

  • 60% Prospecting
  • 20% Networking & referrals
  • 10% Territory analysis
  • 5% Reengaging inactive customers
  • 5% CRM updates

  • Consistent creation of highquality pipeline.

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly BDR targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience or proven performance in a similar role
  • Associate degree (2year) or equivalent experience
  • Remote sales experience is a plus
