About The Role
We are hiring a Business Consultant to drive new client acquisition through outside B2B sales. This role focuses on selling business and HR-related services to company decision-makers such as owners, CFOs, and HR leaders.
This is a hunter-style sales role for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced, growth environment.

Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new B2B clients within an assigned territory
- Meet prospects in person and conduct consultative sales conversations
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Generate pipeline through networking, referrals, and direct prospecting
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably outside/field sales
- Background selling services or intangible solutions (not retail or B2C)
- Ability to sell to business decision-makers (owners, CFOs, HR, executives)
- Experience in short to mid-length sales cycles
- Metrics-driven with a strong results orientation
- HR, payroll, benefits, PEO, recruiting, fintech, or professional services sales
- Business services or technology sales experience
- Proven high performance (rankings, awards, quota achievement)
