About The Role

We are hiring a Business Consultant to drive new client acquisition through outside B2B sales. This role focuses on selling business and HR-related services to company decision-makers such as owners, CFOs, and HR leaders.

This is a hunter-style sales role for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced, growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close new B2B clients within an assigned territory
  • Meet prospects in person and conduct consultative sales conversations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Generate pipeline through networking, referrals, and direct prospecting
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably outside/field sales
  • Background selling services or intangible solutions (not retail or B2C)
  • Ability to sell to business decision-makers (owners, CFOs, HR, executives)
  • Experience in short to mid-length sales cycles
  • Metrics-driven with a strong results orientation

Preferred Background (Not Required)

  • HR, payroll, benefits, PEO, recruiting, fintech, or professional services sales
  • Business services or technology sales experience
  • Proven high performance (rankings, awards, quota achievement)
