Position Summary
The Payroll Quality Control Specialist role is designed to c the day-to-day projects and activities of the organization's payroll quality control initiatives. This position will report to the Payroll Quality Control Manager.

Position Summary
The Payroll Quality Control Specialist role is designed to c the day-to-day projects and activities of the organization's payroll quality control initiatives. This position will report to the Payroll Quality Control Manager.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for formulating and implementing strategies and policies related to payroll quality control initiatives.
- Facilitate payroll subject matter training.
- Handles projects and tasks assigned to the Payroll Quality Control Team
- Point of escalation for complex payroll issues.
- Ensure payroll software system is compliant with state and federal mandates.
- Perform root cause analysis and tracking of errors occurring in the payroll department and create SOPs
- Time management
- Decision making skills
- Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Intermediate to strong skills in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ Payroll experience
- 4+ Management experience
- 4+ in the PEO Industry
