We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Owner of Anau. This is not a traditional administrative rolethis position functions as a strategic partner and "right hand, ensuring priorities are managed, details are handled, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling Management
- Manage and optimize the Owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and priorities
- Ensure time is allocated effectively and aligned with business priorities
- Coordinate and confirm all meetings, including logistics and preparation
- Organize and manage the Owner's inbox, including prioritizing, flagging, and drafting responses
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on key items
- Arrange and manage all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Ensure seamless travel experiences with clear, organized plans
- Gather documents, materials, and information needed for meetings
- Ensure the Owner is fully prepared in advance
- Track action items and follow-ups after meetings
- Maintain and manage an active to-do list for the Owner
- Track requests, deadlines, and priorities to keep work moving forward
- Provide reminders and accountability to ensure completion
- Assist with projects, coordination, and general operational needs
- Act as a liaison between the Owner and internal/external contacts when needed
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-level support role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate independently with minimal direction
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
- Tech-savvy with experience using email, calendar, and productivity tools
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
