Position Summary
We're seeking a hands-on, people-focused HR Coordinator to support our growing team of drivers and operational staff in Spartanburg, SC. This role is fully on-site and will serve as the primary HR presence for employees—building relationships, providing day-to-day support, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.
This is not a "sit behind a desk and send emails” HR role. This is a walk-the-floor, know-your-people, solve-real-problems kind of role.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, approachable, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where employees rely on HR as a trusted resource. The company partners with an external HR consulting firm, which means you'll also have access to expert-level HR support for complex or escalated issues.
