Business Conditions between TASKING and Sales Rep Firm:
- Sales Rep Firm to hire a full-time technical salesperson for the sole purpose to drive sales growth in Mexico for TASKING.
- Sales Rep Firm will directly hire this salesperson and abide by Mexico Employment Laws.
- TASKING will be apart of the hiring process, job description, and have an equal say.
- TASKING will fund the salesperson’s annual salary, benefits, and bonus. Travel & Expenses will be paid by TASKING. The payment plan will outlined in the compensation section.
- This salesperson will be exclusive to TASKING
- TASKING will provide an initial target account list along with oversight in terms of sales strategy, product knowledge, and technical and commercial oversight. This salesperson will also cultivate Mexico native accounts that we agree to.
- TASKING will provide a laptop and access to our CRM tool along with a TASKING email address. Essentially this person will be apart of TASKING’s N.A. Sales Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow sales pipeline in MX
- The salesperson will be given a list of accounts that will be comprised of established business that we need to grow along with net new client targets.
- The salesperson is to cultivate new business from discovery calls / meetings, to demos / evaluations, to commercial proposals, to closing deals.
- This person will be apart of TASKING’s N.A. Sales Team and be given a TASKING email address and have access to our CRM Tool (Salesforce) to manage their corresponding pipeline. The MX Salesperson will get direction from their peers, me, and the MX Rep Firm.
- This person will be responsible for updating / maintaining CRM
- Support regular team meetings
- Travel / meeting with clients F2F.
- Capture meeting minutes, follow-up actions, and sharing insights | needs with the team.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Computer Science, EE, etc.) or Business
- Minimum of 5 years in working with a technology company. Preferably worked at a Tier 1, OEM, Semiconductor Mfgr in the embedded software and/or semiconductor market
- Strong business & technical acumen to generate & qualify sales leads
- Self-starter
- Located in one of the following cities in MX
- Guadalajara
- Queretaro – Chihuahua
- Monterrey
