Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to provide both strategic and operational HR leadership across the company. This role oversees HR policies, talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
The HR Manager works closely with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) to ensure efficient HR operations, regulatory compliance, and strong workforce support across all levels of the organization.

HR Strategy & Policy Management

The HR Manager works closely with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) to ensure efficient HR operations, regulatory compliance, and strong workforce support across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Policy Management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workforce strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and succession planning.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, sales, and administrative roles.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct investigations and manage documentation related to corrective actions and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits administration in partnership with the PEO.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the PEO for HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEO, FMLA, and all applicable state and federal employment laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records and required documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Strong understanding of employment law and PEO-supported HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
