Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This role is responsible for leading the company's financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, and supporting business growth through data-driven decision-making.
The CFO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.

Financial Strategy & Leadership

The CFO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decision-making
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial processes
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning
- Lead banking, financing, and treasury relationships
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
- Drive cost control and efficiency initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead internal and external audits
- Support strong financial governance and ethical standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in growing or scaling organizations
- Background in professional services, consulting, or similar environments
- Experience working directly with executive leadership
