This role involves hands-on landscaping, lawn care, irrigation installation, and hardscape construction. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care tasks: mowing, edging, fertilizing, and turf maintenance.
- Conduct landscape maintenance: pruning, trimming, and plant health care.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery (e.g., excavators).
- Install and troubleshoot irrigation systems for proper coverage.
- Maintain gardens: planting, mulching, and seasonal updates.
- Execute commercial and residential pressure washing.
- Construct hardscape features: patios, walkways, retaining walls, and sod installation.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
- Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance.
- Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Familiarity with landscaping principles, tree care, and garden management.
- Experience in irrigation installation and troubleshooting (preferred).
- Knowledge of pressure washing operations (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in hardscape or general construction (advantageous).
- Valid Driver's License (required).
- Paid Time Off (PTO).
