About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts for Vensure and our Division Partners. You will partner with leadership to build high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end process, from sourcing and cold-calling to interviewing and offer management.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with TA Supervisors and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Build strong pipelines via job boards, social media, and professional networks while ensuring a high-touch, positive experience for all applicants.
- Data & Tools: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage pipelines and track key recruitment metrics.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at community and recruiting events.
- Advisory: Provide expert guidance to management on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. (PEO or multi-site/multi-state experience is a plus!)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing abilities (including cold calling)
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Skills
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
Pay range and compensation package
Standard indoor office environment. Must be comfortable with prolonged mental effort and a moderate noise level. Requires frequent sitting, talking, and hearing.
