Position Summary

This is our high-priority profile. We are seeking leaders with entrepreneurial visionpeople who have managed teams, owned businesses, or led sales operations.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow fast, build a team, and eventually operate their own distribution unit.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead by example through personal sales performance
  • Manage and mentor new sales associates
  • Build and scale a personal sales team
  • Implement structured systems and operational processes
  • Attend onboarding training (virtual options possible for leaders)
  • Participate in strategic growth activities and networking
  • Drive high-volume performance and team duplication

Education & Experience
