Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on, patient-centered care while developing personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and functional independence.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental conditions impacting daily activities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic standards.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home programs.

Education & Experience

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings preferred
