Position Summary

We're looking for a compassionate and eager Staff Physical Therapist to join our Keystone Heights clinic. This role is ideal for new graduates or therapists with limited experience who want to grow their clinical skills while providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments tailored to individual patient needs under supervision
• Perform patient evaluations and assist in creating personalized treatment plans
• Apply therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient progress and maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support comprehensive patient care
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT)
• Active Florida Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain
