Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong confidence, goal orientation, and passion for commission-based income.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct inhome product demonstrations
• Close sales and manage referral-based pipelines
• Attend initial training (3 months)
• Work with a coach during the first weeks
• Build and manage a personal client database
• Track activities and results in the CRM

Education & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry)
• Spanish fluency
• Valid work authorization
• Driver's license and transportation
• High ambition and comfort working on commission
• Consistent, stable work history (no chronic job-hopping)
