Position Summary

We are a residential design-build firm in the Northwest Suburbs, looking to hire a Project Manager to grow with us and our ever-expanding client base. We offer a complete turn-key process with in-house designers & expert craftsmen to ensure the highest quality possible with minimal sub-contracting.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects from planning to implementation
• Coordinate and manage construction crews, inhouse and sub-contractors
• Schedule and manage all trades
• Ensure quality of work
• Report project progress to client
• Awareness of job cost, budget, and profitability

Education & Experience

• Project Manager/ Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of experience in residential remodeling/ construction/ carpentry/ trades or other related fields
