Position Summary

We are seeking highly motivated, adaptable, and ambitious individuals who want to start a professional sales career. No prior sales experience is required—only a strong learning attitude and willingness to grow.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Attend mandatory inperson training (3 months):
• Theory: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-12:00 PM
• Field training: afternoons with a sales coach
• Learn to perform in-home product demonstrations
• Generate referrals and manage client pipeline
• Build strong customer relationships
• Maintain and update leads in the CRM
• Work independently after initial training

Education & Experience

• Ages 18-50
• Spanish speaking (required)
• Work authorization in the U.S.
• Driver's license (car preferred; company may provide one in select cases)
