Position Summary

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist Clinical Director to lead our Keystone Heights clinic. This role combines hands-on patient care with light leadership and administrative responsibilities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Lead and mentor clinical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Oversee clinic operations, scheduling, and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with the management team to uphold clinic standards and goals
• Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  
  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
  
  

Education & Experience

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT)
• Active Florida Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)
