Position Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service, solve problems with confidence, and ensure every guest feels valued from checkin to checkout.

Position Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service, solve problems with confidence, and ensure every guest feels valued from checkin to checkout.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and handle checkins and checkouts with professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest communications (phone, email, in person)
- Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
- Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and upsell services when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area
- Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a calm, solutionsfocused mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fastpaced environment
- Familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch experience is a plus)
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if ever needed
- A teamoriented attitude and a genuine passion for guest service
- $18/hour, paid weekly
