The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who can design, build, and ship across the stack. You’ll help architect new systems, stabilize existing ones, and establish best practices that let us move quickly without breaking trust with users. You won’t just be writing code — you’ll be actively shaping the way we build, deploy, and maintain software.

We’re not just looking for someone to check tickets — we want someone who enjoys spinning up new features from scratch, simplifying complexity, and bringing order to fast-moving product cycles. You’ll be expected to lean heavily on AI tools (Claude Code, Devin, etc.) to accelerate development, reduce repetitive work, and prototype solutions faster than a traditional team could.

This is a role with a high degree of ownership and visibility: you’ll work directly with leadership, influence technical decisions from day one, and see your work hit production on a weekly cadence.

What You’ll Do

• Build full-stack features in React, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL.
• Help unify multiple apps into one consistent architecture.
• Set up and refine CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Use AI tools for coding, testing, and prototyping as part of daily workflow.
• Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and leadership to prioritize and ship features.
• Maintain a balance of speed and stability.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js/Express.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, AWS (Beanstalk/ECS), Auth0, GitHub Actions.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Curiosity and excitement about leveraging AI to build software faster and smarter.
• Pragmatic, team-oriented mindset: willing to dive in wherever needed.
