The Senior Marketing Manager, Customer/Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for customer and lifecycle marketing, driving engagement and retention strategies to enhance the customer journey. This position requires a strong background in marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for creating impactful customer experiences.

  • Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey and increasing lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize and refine strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer and lifecycle marketing.
  • Marginal FunctionsBuild, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
  • Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
  • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer and lifecycle marketing.

    • Communication Demands:Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees, managers, clients and external vendors.
    • Cultural Sensitivity: Communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.Written Communication: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including emails and notes.
    • Verbal Communication: Lead planning sessions and team meetings. Provide clear instructions and support for clients, employees and managers.
    • Presentation Skills: Present information effectively in training sessions with employees and other departments.
