Are you ready for a new beginning with boundless possibilities? Our multidisciplinary Integrated Physical Medicine Practice is eager to welcome a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant to our dynamic team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Primary Patient Care: Manage patients with a range of conditions, including common sports medicine and arthritic conditions, classical orthopedic issues such as back, neck, hip, shoulder, and knee complaints, and other neuromusculoskeletal conditions resulting in neuropathies, paresthesia, weaknesses, spasms, and pain.
- Collaborative Care Planning: Work in tandem with other team providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Diagnostic and Supportive Measures: Order further diagnostic testing, supportive bracing, and rehabilitation therapies as needed.
- Patient Monitoring: Regularly monitor and re-evaluate patients' progress throughout their treatment program.
- Patient Consultation: Provide advice to patients on holistic and preventive care and lifestyle modifications.
- Prescriptive Medications: Utilize prescriptive medications sparingly and responsibly (Note: This role does not involve pain management).
- Medical History Documentation: Record patient medical histories accurately and comprehensively.
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain medical equipment effectively and safely.
- Great Team Player: Willing to assist other team members whenever possible.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Listening Skills: Ability to listen attentively to understand patient needs.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in organizing tasks and managing time effectively.

- Injections: Experience in joint injections and IV therapies.
- Experience in orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal knowledge.
- Experience with ultrasound/fluoroscopy guided injections.
- Worked in an integrated Physical Medicine and Regenerative Medicine practice.
- Valid Florida license.
- In-person work location.
