Mentium provides AI agents for logistics, where most processes are manual, tedious, and error-prone. We are deploying an AI automation to support revenue teams. We are targeting an underserved $2 trillion (by 2030) market in the US alone.
Founding Team
The founding team has an extensive background in the finance and supply chain industry, consulting, and building ML platforms.
- Matthieu - CTO & Co-founder: Matt built machine learning solutions at Brain Corp for 3 years. After that, he became a founding team member at Paragon, a YC-backed Series A startup, where he architected and developed system integrations from 0 to 1.
- Aziz - CEO & Co-founder: Aziz is an MIT MBA candidate and a graduate of Johns Hopkins with over 10 years of experience in supply chain logistics and finance. He spent 7 years at BCG, where he led multi-million dollar growth efforts within the supply chain and logistics industry. Afterward, he founded and scaled a logistics company to $10M in ARR within 15 months and successfully exited.

The RoleThis is an Account Executive role with a strong outbound focus. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, running demos, and closing deals. You’ll own the full sales cycle while working closely with the founders to move fast and improve every week.
We’re active at conferences and in-person events, so this is not a desk-only position. You should be naturally outgoing, confident starting conversations with strangers, and energized by being in the field.
What You’ll Do- Own outbound prospecting through cold calls, events, and targeted outreach
- Start conversations, uncover pain points, and qualify opportunities
- Run demos and manage deals through close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline in Attio CRM
- Consistently grow revenue across targeted US industries
- Work directly with the CEO and founding team to refine messaging and close faster
- 5+ years of outbound or closing experience, ideally in tech or SaaS
- Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and close deals
- Comfortable in high-volume cold calling environments
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and growth mindset
- Experience in a Seed or Series A startup environment
