Here at Magic, we’re building tools to personalize real world experiences. Our first product, Loyalist, is an agentic CRM for restaurants, and we’re expanding into members clubs, hotels, and more. We’re looking for our first in-house recruiter.
We're planning to hire dozens of people next year across engineering, design, and GTM. We want someone to own that hiring end to end.
What you will do:
Run a high-touch hiring process, including scheduling, debriefs, and references
Manage our hiring brand and recruiting events (our most recent one is a magic show!)
Partner with hiring managers
Source candidates via outbound and referrals
Work with our recruiting agencies
Pick and set up our ATS (or build our own)
Background
Experience full-cycle recruiting, ideally at a startup
Experience hiring both engineering and GTM roles
Experience doing outbound sourcing
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Experience with AI native tooling and process
Being the first recruiter at a company is a big plus
High agency and always networking. Non-traditional backgrounds (founders, VC, events) welcome
The offer
Salary range $140,000 - $180,000 and equity
We work in person 4 days a week in our Soho office
