Executive Assistant to the CEO
Loyalist is looking for an executive assistant to the CEO.
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to work closely with our Founder. This role requires someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
What You'll Do
You will work directly with the Founder as a highly trusted partner
Manage and maintain the Founder’s calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, and logistics
Coordinate travel, itineraries, transportation, and accommodations
Run personal and professional errands and handle returns, deliveries, and appointments
Help prepare the Founder for meetings by organizing materials, schedules, and relevant information
Support customer and company projects as needed
Coordinate high-touch gifting for clients, partners, employees, and personal relationships
Help manage personal and professional correspondence and follow-ups
Anticipate the Founder’s needs and proactively handle tasks before they are requested
What We're Looking For
1-3+ years of experience in executive assistance, operations, or a similarly high-touch role
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly proactive — you naturally think several steps ahead
Comfortable managing both mundane logistical tasks and high-level projects
Strong calendar, scheduling, travel, and expense-management skills
Resourceful problem solver who can figure things out independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Willingness to jump between professional and personal responsibilities as needed
What we offer
Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 base salary + equity
We work in person ~4 days a week in a SoHo office
