As a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role growing and supporting our partner ecosystem. This role sits on our UK Partnerships team, reporting to a Senior Partnerships Manager. We’ve made epic progress since launching in the UK 18 months ago, and you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a small-but-mighty-team, taking-on Loop’s fastest growing market.
This is a full-cycle Partnerships role, and one that gives you real ownership of building something exciting. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and onboarding new partners across our Agency, Tech and Logistics partner ecosystem. You’ll own the day-to-day running of these partnerships to provide support, enablement and generate new business for both partners and our GTM teams.
At Loop, we’re intentional about the way we work so that we can do our best work. We call this our Blended Working Environment. We work from our HQ in Columbus, OH, or one of our Hub or Secluded locations, and are distributed throughout the United States, select Canadian provinces, and the United Kingdom. For this position, we’re looking for someone to join us in London, England.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect, pitch, and onboard new target partners, provide them with basic enablement, and grow the relationship to generate referrals.
- Own the outbound strategy of targeting and onboarding new partners in the region.
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of partners, engaging and enabling them in a 1:many approach.
- Own and track a pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities, working alongside the GTM teams to support the respective sales cycles.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify opportunities that amplify & strengthen Loop’s regional brand awareness in the ecosystem via campaigns, co-marketing, case studies, and events.
- Attend industry events to support regional marketing activities, and regularly travel to meet partners in person as needed.
- Become a subject matter expert on Loop’s partner ecosystem and the reverse logistics industry.
Your Experience:
- 2+ years of marketing, sales, or partnerships experience.
- We would be thrilled to hear from you if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS or ecommerce (or both!) in the past.
- Proven ability to source leads, outbound, and proactively engage external stakeholders.
- You’re a phenomenal communicator and have created exceptional partnerships with your internal partners, quickly becoming one of their favorite people to work with.
- You have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills combined with the desire to tackle challenges head-on.
- Experience using sales and partnership tools, preferably Crossbeam, Salesforce CRM.
- You have a results-driven mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet and exceed quotas.
- You know the kind of team you thrive on, and can speak of the best teams you’ve been a part of and what made them so great.
