About the role:
We are looking for an accomplished product leader to help build an industry leading patient outreach platform. In this role, you’ll manage the product that powers impactful clinical outcomes and delightful patient experiences. Your work will support the medical, operations, and customer support workflows to supercharge our patient outreach team. You’ll help empower our patient outreach team working across a variety of tools and mediums to get seamless access to care, close care gaps, and get any questions answered seamlessly. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Product.
What you'll be doing:
- Systems Thinking: Gain a deep understanding of the intricate interactions and dependencies within healthcare processes and systems.
- Clinical Workflow Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize clinical workflows, drive efficiencies, and implement automations to enhance patient care.
- Patient-Centric Design: Ensure a patient-centered approach when designing operational touchpoints.
- User Research for Efficiency and Automation: Conduct user research to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Roadmap Development and Communication: Create and effectively communicate product roadmaps, aligning them across various stakeholders and ensuring successful execution.
- Market Knowledge and Research: Stay updated with healthcare industry trends, legal requirements, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovative patient solutions.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of product management experience in shipping products for internal stakeholders, consumers, or two-sided marketplaces.
- Proven track record of delivering business results by creating delightful product experiences in complex business areas.
- Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills, balancing customer experience, stakeholder needs, and business priorities.
- Experience in launching products that require close coordination between the technology and customer-facing teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and create a cooperative atmosphere.
- Experience in healthcare or within a business or operations function is a plus.
- This role will be located in the NYC Office.
