Financial Planning and Analyst Manager

The FP&A Manager role will be a cross-functional business partner with key initiatives including forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, ROI evaluations, and market research. Intellectual curiosity is encouraged as there will be opportunities to improve analytical/reporting processes and develop new ones altogether. Financial modeling skills will be sharpened through periodic deliverables to leadership teams and diverse ad-hoc analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A activities consisting of monthly KPI reviews, quarterly business reviews, forecasting and the annual planning cycle
- Partner with multiple functions to translate high-level input and ideas into strategic plans
- Drive the annual budgeting cycle by preparing trend analysis and fostering collaboration amongst teams to set KPI targets that prompt accountability
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and ad-hoc analysis
- Analyze data to identify key trends and explain monthly variances between actuals and forecast
- Oversee KPI dashboards across products and functions and proactively ensure data integrity by reconciling inconsistencies
- Significant contributor to executive strategy presentation decks
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and what-if scenarios to support and steer multiyear business decision-making
Qualifications for Position:
- Bachelor’s degree with Finance, Economics, or related business field
- Business experience with mobile games (not necessarily current company)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to amass, interpret, and utilize data
- Willing to work in the weeds with all levels of the organization
- Able to build strong relationships
- Leadership expertise
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Great written and oral communication
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships

The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $130,000-$900,000.
