Responsibilities
- Work closely with product owners to identify, execute, and present analyses with actionable insights.
- Run A/B tests on various game titles, owning the process from forming hypothesis, to analyzing the results, and presenting next steps.
- Create in-depth analyses, tools, and dashboards to highlight the in-game behaviors that drive monetization, engagement, and player retention.
- Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities of improvement.
- Work with data engineers and game developers on tracking player behavior and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Math, Economics or in Computer Science with Modeling/Data Science coursework
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, and familiarity with a scripting language (Python, R)
- 1+ years Work Experience in analytics, mobile gaming, product analytics or eCommerce
- Experience with statistical inference and analytics techniques (A|B testing, ANOVA, regression, decision trees etc.)
- Skilled in analyzing data and drawing appropriate conclusions. Able to effectively translate statistical findings to business strategies that positively impact the business and customer.
- Ability to work productively with others in a highly collaborative manner across multiple teams.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The pay range annual base salary for this role is $80,000-$140,000.
