We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us take IFTTT to the next level. This is a great opportunity to join a nimble, collaborative, and wildly creative team. Help us craft new AI automation products that millions of people use and operate on a truly massive scale.

Everything is becoming an internet service. This role is essential to IFTTT’s mission, ensuring that as everything becomes a service, they all work together seamlessly. Your work will play a critical role in enhancing and extending a product and brand that our users and customers trust and rely on every day. This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence in our San Francisco office for one half-day per week.

What will you do?

Our product team is at the forefront of this market and product category, and the business relies on us to be forward thinking thought leaders, inspirational, adaptive, confident, and disciplined.

Product managers at IFTTT:

  • Define and drive our AI and conversational UI product roadmap by deeply understanding our existing users’ needs and products then transforming those products with the rapidly improving power of AI.
  • Research customer needs and market opportunities to develop strategy and define requirements for your squad’s product roadmap.
  • Set clear product direction based on customer research, trends and performance data. Make quick and sound decisions that balance impact, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and business teams along with our users and customers, to develop and ship impactful features and products.
  • Work with data and engineering teams to articulate clear metrics for measuring the impact of the features you ship.
  • Partner with Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop thoughtful go to market strategies and product roadmaps.

Qualifications

What key qualifications are we looking for?

  • 3-5+ years professional product management experience at a B2C or subscription based startup or with a world-class product team within a larger technology company.
  • 1-2+ years experience as a product manager or engineer working directly with LLM platforms and tools
  • Previous professional experience in UI or UX design or well cultivated and innate passion for great design
  • Experience shipping at least one full product or a significant feature as a lead PM
  • Experience iterating with designers, engineers and other team members on both visual and UX designs to get the details just right.
  • Love and appreciation for particularly well-designed products whether they are for consumers, developers or enterprises.
  • Curiosity about new technologies and big ideas about what the future of technology could look like.
  • Pride in product craft reflected in everything from great product ideas, to clearly written product specs and concise communication.
  • Ability to hit the ground running with a bias for action, optimism in uncertainty and a no-job-too-small mentality

Additional Information

Benefits:

  • The annual salary for this position is $140,000 to $190,000 + equity and benefits. The starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on various job-related factors, which may include skills, education, training, experience, or location.
