This position is based on-site at our Hiram, Georgia fulfillment center.
About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our operations team in Hiram, GA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility and production equipment to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. Must be able to work on the Outbound Schedule (Thurs 6a-6p through Mon 6a-6p).
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, motors, packaging machines, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Inspect and perform minor repairs on building systems (lighting, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression).
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment or facility upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair documentation.
- Follow and enforce safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve recurring issues.
- Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in on-call or weekend maintenance coverage when needed.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and inventory tracking.
What You’ll Need
- Proven MIG welding experience required, including repairing industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, wiring, and low-voltage electrical systems
- Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the workday
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3 yrs PLC, Automation, Repair, Preventive Maintenance. Networking
- Ability to meet established standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis
- Standing continually for a 10-hour shift·
- Potential for overtime; may stand for longer than 10-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Repetitive manual dexterity
- Basic computer skills
- Able to interpret data to make sound operational decisions

Expected Pay:
$37.50/hour ($78,000 annually)
