The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years experience in managing performance targets across multiple health and wellness industry locations.
  • 4+ years of experience as an esthetician with strong treatment knowledge who has the ability to train based on individualized learning styles
  • Basic understanding of employment law, policies, processes, and programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel as needed.
  • Background in hospitality and client service.
  • Esthetician License
  • Previous experience leading a team of 30+ members
  • Strong communicator, comfortable providing feedback and coaching peers

As Shop Educator: Department Lead, you partner with the Store Manager to lead your team and drive shop profitability. Leading by example, you teach and deliver best-in-class service to both employees and Heyday clients. You maintain an organized, informed, and results driven work place. You empower your team with the tools, information, and confidence needed to provide an exceptional Heyday experience to every client.



What You'll Do

Team & Shop Management

  • Help manage and develop 30+ team members, creating a culture of ownership and results.
  • Provide high-level service and hospitality to all clients.
  • Help manage specific day-to-day tasks and operations, to help drive business forward
  • Build and foster relationships with employees and clients
  • Drive revenue through scheduling optimization and shop utilization
  • Assist in the development/execution of business plans to achieve shop forecasts and goals
  • Help manage the shop’s KPI's to increase revenue

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
