About the Role
As Heyday's Recruiting Coordinator your multifaceted role is instrumental in building a strong talent pipeline, hiring exceptional candidates, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring diversity and inclusivity in the hiring process.
What You’ll Do
  • Conduct virtual/phone interviews for all shop roles, assessing their potential and alignment with the organization.
  • Proactively source candidates from educational institutions, industry events, and online platforms to identify top talent.
  • Create and manage engaging presentations for school visits, aimed at attracting high-caliber candidates.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with school faculty and Esthetic students to nurture ongoing engagement and trust.
  • Plan and actively participate in recruitment events tailored to meet the specific hiring needs of our organization.
  • Assist hiring managers with best practices in the selection process, aiding with training, scheduling practicals, and making informed hiring decisions.
  • Play a pivotal role in making and sending offers to successful candidates.
  • Develop and implement measurement and monitoring processes to track talent acquisition progress and pipeline development.
  • Champion diversity and inclusivity throughout the hiring process, ensuring a fair and equitable experience for all candidates.
  • Become an industry expert, staying updated on hiring trends, competitive landscapes, and unique resources specific to your area.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management or relationship building within the recruitment field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty or skincare industry; an Esthetics license is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated integrity in all business interactions and a commitment to personal growth.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications and the development of presentations.
  • Strong commitment to process-driven approaches in talent acquisition.
  • A passion for becoming an industry expert, continuously learning about market trends, the competitive landscape, and local resources.
  • Proven ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive community through the hiring process.

Compensation: $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
