About the Role
We are introducing a unique role that blends the responsibilities of a Sales Associate and Local Grassroots Marketer - the Heyday Skincare Ambassador. You will play a crucial role in supporting Heyday East Cobb’s growth by combining your passion for skincare, excellent communication skills, and creative marketing strategies to help drive growth within the market. This role will work in the shop as a Front Desk Host and also be responsible for grassroots marketing.
What You’ll Do
Local Marketing Events and Partnerships:
  • Develop and execute local marketing events that spread awareness and drive shop traffic.
  • Build and nurture relationships with surrounding offices and businesses for potential partnerships and client expansion.
  • Ideate and execute brand partnerships to enhance brand awareness.
Grassroots Community Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the Shop Manager and Support Office Marketing Team to initiate innovative grassroots community marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis, staying attuned to industry trends and presenting hyperlocal opportunities.
Event Management:
  • Manage in-shop and off-site event execution, including evening and weekend availability.
  • Create event briefs, communicate with shop teams, and provide event recaps.
Customer Service and Sales
  • Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients, including in-person, over the phone, and online.
  • Educate clients on current promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, assist with re-stocking products, and be able to assist clients with product sales and returns.
  • Assist in daily shop tasks and projects, including sanitizing, cleaning, and general shop maintenance.
  • Provide support to the Skin Therapists to ensure a successful check-in and check-out process.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience hosting events and building successful partnerships.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving results in grassroots marketing.
  • Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be confident when recommending memberships, packages, and product.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities.
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Must have superior organizational skills.
  • Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
