Responsibilities For Client Success Manager
- Performance Optimization – Analyze campaign performance data and proactively provide insights and recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, and other key performance metrics.
- Strategic Growth Planning – Develop long-term growth strategies for clients, identifying opportunities to scale their campaigns based on performance trends.
- Digital Ad Performance Consulting – Act as a consultant, advising clients on best practices for social media advertising, programmatic ads, and other digital marketing channels.
- Client Education & Enablement – Provide training or guidance on digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and best practices to help clients maximize their success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with paid media specialists, creative teams, and data analysts to ensure clients receive full-funnel marketing support.
- Account Retention & Growth – Develop and implement strategies to maximize client retention and growth while ensuring strong relationships and business expansion.
- Campaign Performance Reporting – Generate detailed reports on campaign progress, challenges, and solutions to provide transparency and strategic insights to clients.
Qualifications For Client Success Manager
- Experience with Paid Media & Digital Ad Platforms – Expertise in Facebook Ads and programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Proficiency in Analytics & Reporting – Strong skills in Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools to track campaign success and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Understanding of CRM & Marketing Automation – Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar platforms to track client interactions and campaign performance.
- SEO & Content Marketing Knowledge – While not required, understanding SEO strategies and content marketing can be valuable in supporting clients holistically.
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools – Experience using tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello to manage tasks, track progress, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Strategic & Consultative Approach – Strong ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Client-Facing Experience – Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to analyze challenges, think critically, and develop innovative solutions to improve client outcomes.
- Team Player Mentality & Self-Starter – Ability to collaborate effectively with teams while also working independently and taking initiative to drive projects forward.
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple accounts, track key performance indicators, and ensure client satisfaction.
