Are you ready to make a significant impact by scaling our best-in-class home brands to new heights? Havenly is searching for a Manager, Performance Marketing to manage the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition and retention campaigns across paid digital media for our portfolio of brands. Reporting to our Sr Director of Growth, our ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across a variety of digital channels, a passion for the performance marketing landscape, and an understanding of the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. Our ideal candidate will take a data-driven, AI-native approach to the role. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a critical role in the growth of a family of home brands.
What you'll do:
- Manage the planning, execution, and tracking of paid channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, display) to drive performance
- Own testing, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across the marketing funnel, implementing AI tools to streamline workflows and support strategic recommendations
- Grow existing campaigns across paid channels, while launching net-new levers to continue improving performance and unlocking incremental growth
- Own testing roadmap and budgets across digital marketing channels
- Run AI-assisted analyses across extensive consumer data sets to extract channel insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel optimization and budget allocation
- Refine creative best practices and processes, working closely Brand and Creative teams to build testing pipeline to continually improve paid campaign performance
- Own and deliver consistent campaign-level reporting; regularly share learnings and strategic go-forward recommendations with broader team
- Be at the forefront of AI adoption across the team, integrating resources and best practices into performance marketing systems and processes
- Potential to manage direct report
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or similar field
- 5+ years' experience in performance marketing role with a focus on digital channels, i.e. Google Ads and Facebook Ads (other PPC platform experience a plus)
- Hands-on expertise in setting up, managing and optimizing campaigns in digital ad platforms, preferably working on the brand side
- Proven ability to test, analyze, and iterate on campaigns, ad groups, and audience and keyword lists
- Experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for processing large datasets and text-based prompts, and familiarity with AI features across digital ad platforms
- Keen understanding of broader performance marketing strategies, tactics, and tools in a multi-channel ecommerce or retail environment
- Experience leveraging data from disparate sources in Excel, and tracking and reporting KPIs through tools such as GA4, Looker and Rockerbox
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver clear, reliable performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how to get things done
- Preference for those with experience in DTC ecommerce

Additional Details:
- This is a full-time exempt position based in one of our offices in either Denver or New York City. The requirement for this role is that the individual will be onsite 4-5 days per week.
- Targeted compensation range for this role: $100,000-$120,000/year, dependent upon experience and location.
