Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the NetSuite Administrator will work closely with the supply chain, operations and accounting teams in planning, reviewing and customizing NetSuite to meet user needs. The Netsuite Administrator will also assist with data extraction through reporting and searches as well as monitor end- user usage and system performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversees and executes overall NetSuite strategy and roadmap
- Owns the technical design, configuration, development, implementation, maintenance and support of Havenly's NetSuite environment
- Main point of contact for large scale implementations and other projects that utilize external consultants
- Proactively identifies and recommends system enhancements / new solutions that improve processes and increase automation
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate NetSuite with other financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy
- Recommend changes to business processes and system configurations based on strong understanding of the business
- Assist with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and support for optimal usage within NetSuite and other systems
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system and with translation to/from external software
- Support end-users with NetSuite related problems in a responsive and service-oriented manner
- Test and deploy customizations, custom object, new functionality, and SuiteApps based on evolving business needs
- Perform functional configuration and enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing for NetSuite maintenance, which includes managing custom fields, forms, records, scripts, workflows, searches, reports and user roles to support business requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for users on NetSuite functionality, ensuring end-users are proficient in utilizing the system.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Accounting or other closely related fields
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customizations, data migrations and NetSuite supply chain functionality
- Demonstrable experience with NetSuite - data model, custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Superb attention to detail when resolving key system problems - resolving in a timely manner and providing follow-up on all issues and solutions to key constituents
- Knowledge of software development cycle, version control, data structures, complexity analysis, unit test and integration tests
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience providing risk assessment for new functionality and enhancements, and identifying process improvement opportunities to drive innovation
- Experience advocating and proliferating best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
Additional Details:
- This is an exempt, remote position.
- Targeted compensation range for this role: $95,000-$120,000 annually, dependent upon experience.
- Some travel (25% or less) may be required
