Our team is rapidly growing and seeking an Account Manager to work with our new and existing partners within the dental community. In this role, you’ll be communicating with our partners, handling orders/re-orders and fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and on-boarding new partners. You will act as our client advocate and work with the internal B2B sales team to ensure partners' needs are understood and satisfied. Working directly with Goby’s senior leaders, you will drive meaningful improvements to our overall customer experience and directly impact Goby’s growth.

• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with dental partners
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal parties
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Monitor and analyze partners usage of our product and platform
• Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new partners
• Track and manage inventory with fulfillment center and warehouses

• 1+ years of account management, sales management, customer service or relevant work.
Experience in delivering partner-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Extremely strong communication skills over phone and email
• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
• Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and Salesforce.

Nice to Have:
• Experience in healthcare or dental industries
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
