This role is for a digital designer + video editor who thinks like a storyteller. You’ll lead the design and execution of short-form video content + digital assets that translates brand strategy into cohesive digital experiences across paid ads, social content, campaigns, and web. With a strong point of view on performance-driven creative, you’ll design assets optimized for modern platforms while maintaining a premium, consistent brand expression. Partnering closely with Brand, Creative, and cross-functional Marketing, you’ll ensure every frame, transition, layout, and motion detail feels intentional and on brand. From concept through execution, you’ll shape how the brand shows up online and build scalable content systems that support what comes next.

Six Month Expectations

In the first six months, you’ll be focused on ramping up, building trust, and shipping work:

  • Get deeply fluent in the brand’s visual language, tone, and creative standards across social, campaigns, and digital
  • Edit short-form video content across Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and web
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Creative, Marketing, CRM, and Retention on concepts, execution, and delivery
  • Contribute ideas to content calendars, platform strategy, and campaign storytelling
  • Learn how content performance is measured and begin applying insights to creative decisions
  • Help organize and maintain content libraries, templates, and workflows to support consistency and scale

Twelve+ Month Expectations

As you grow with the team, you’ll take on greater creative ownership and influence:

  • Serve as a key creative voice shaping how the brand shows up across platforms
  • Set and elevate the bar for video craft, storytelling, and visual consistency
  • Proactively introduce new formats, trends, and technologies to evolve our content
  • Partner closely with Marketing and CRM to balance brand expression with performance insights
  • Help refine content strategy, systems, and guidelines as the brand scales
  • Contribute to the long-term creative vision of the brand

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience digital design + video editing for social, digital, or brand campaigns, ideally within a fashion, beauty, or premium consumer space
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-led storytelling, editing craft, and visual consistency across short- and long-form content
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and/or CapCut (in addition to Figma)
  • A strong understanding of visual communication, motion, typography, pacing, and sound design
  • Experience shooting and self-directing content, with a solid grasp of lighting, framing, and audio
  • Fluency in social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and an instinct for what resonates culturally and creatively
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, take feedback well, and make thoughtful creative decisions under tight timelines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, proactive, and excited by new tools, technologies, and evolving creative formats

In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:

  • The estimated annual pay range for this role is $70,000 - $83,000.
  • There may be future opportunities for continued pay progression based on continued strong performance in the role.
  • Full-time positions are also eligible for a competitive compensation and benefits package that include medical health insurance, 401K, equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units, Paid Time Off, Short Term and Long Term Disability leave, and a range of other benefits.
