This strategic, analytical, and business-savvy leader will partner with high-performing verticals to drive financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis. They will deliver actionable, data-backed insights that enhance revenue, improve operational efficiency, and inform long-term strategy while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.

In this role, you’ll be the primary FP&A thought partner to a high-performing vertical, delivering strategic insights that drive revenue growth and efficiency. You’ll own performance reporting, lead financial planning and scenario modeling, and provide real-time insights to guide decision-making. You’ll drive the cadence of business reviews and develop models that support pricing, monetization, and investment strategies. Partnering cross-functionally, you’ll evaluate new opportunities, optimize resources, and assess ROI—ensuring finance is embedded in both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

  • Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with a bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity and change.

  • A strategic thought partner who can bridge the gap between data and business strategy to drive results.

  • Proactive, responsive, and solutions-oriented, anticipating leadership’s needs and delivering insights before they ask.

  • A data-driven problem solver with deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance tracking.

  • A strong communicator and influencer, able to translate complex financial analyses into clear and compelling recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Highly adaptable and agile professional, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

  • Collaborative and business-minded, working seamlessly across functions to align finance with operational and strategic goals.

  • Own strategic resource allocation to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with company priorities.

  • Strong relationships with business partners, fostering trust and alignment.

  • Raise and reinforce execution standards, ensuring all outputs meet a high bar for quality, impact, and clarity.

Your experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in high-intensity, high-accountability environments such as a high-growth startup, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting

  • 2+ years leading or managing financial/business performance reporting cycles (weekly/monthly/quarterly).

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis experience.

  • Proven ability to identify and communicate business opportunities, risks, and insights in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience in revenue analytics, margin analysis, and strategic financial planning.

  • Outstanding G-Suite (or Excel and PowerPoint skills); familiarity with FP&A tools (Pigment, Anaplan, etc.) is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
