We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Trainer to join our Sales Training & Enablement team! If you’re passionate about challenger-based and consultative selling, and you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this is your chance to make a real difference. You’ll shape and deliver high-impact training programs that sharpen our sales team's skills, boost performance across the funnel, and fuel growth at every level.
Where you can make an impact:
Design and deliver onboarding, ongoing, and advanced sales training programs aligned with our sales methodology (challenger-based/consultative hybrid).
Coach and support sales reps in real-time, using call reviews, role-plays, and feedback loops to drive performance.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to align training initiatives with business goals and go-to-market strategies.
Create training content and enablement assets, including playbooks, decks, scripts, and video modules.
Analyze performance data to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.
Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for both new hires and tenured reps.
Champion a culture of continuous learning and sales excellence.
Your experience:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales training in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines and sales quotas.
Deep familiarity with challenger sales, transactional selling, and consultative approaches.
Proven ability to influence and coach sales professionals across various experience levels.
Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
Experience with LMS platforms, sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong, Highspot, Salesforce), and digital content creation.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to track and drive measurable improvements in sales behavior and outcomes.
Preferred:
Experience selling or training in small business financial solutions or alternative lending.
Coaching certifications or formal sales methodology training (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, etc.).
