Our Head of New Business, SMB will be essential in leading the new customer sales business with a focus on organizational vision, customer facing sales strategy, and execution across initiatives that drive our goals. This includes the development of our leadership bench with multiple layers that support a rapidly growing team of specialized sales professionals. In addition, as a seasoned leader, you'll work strategically cross-functionally with internal partners (e.g. Ops, BD, Recruiting, Training, etc.) to drive improvements, velocity, and deliver results. Working out of our Scottsdale office, with a team size of 30-50 team members, you will report to our US Head of Sales & Operations.

Your experience:

6+ years Sales Director level experience with at least 4+ years managing multiple layers of sales management (frontline/senior managers)
Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize business functions and teams
Extensive success partnering cross-functionally
Comfortable coaching and developing leaders across different experience levels
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic high volume/high velocity, and sometimes ambiguous paced environment
An executive presence with a history of building a culture of winning across the sales floor
Where:
This role will be based in Phoenix, Arizona.
We have found that working in-person, alongside peers and more senior members of the team, confers great advantages owing to the spontaneous learning and collaboration opportunities that arise daily on a sales floor and that cannot be easily replicated in a remote environment.
We also know that people want the flexibility to work remotely, both for personal and professional reasons, so while this is an in-office role, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely 20% of the month anywhere in the continental US.
