About the Role:

As an Acquisition Marketing Specialist at Food52 and Schoolhouse, you will support the development and execution of customer acquisition strategies aimed at driving growth for both brands. In this role, you’ll help reach new customers through paid and organic channels and assist in optimizing efforts to maximize customer acquisition costs (CAC) while driving sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to help manage campaigns that attract, engage, and convert potential customers.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to support customer acquisition goals, improve campaign performance, and contribute to expanding the reach of our marketing efforts.

Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented individual with 2 years of experience in customer acquisition or performance marketing. You’re comfortable working with paid media, organic channels, and have a strong desire to optimize campaigns based on data insights. You’re a collaborative team player with a passion for learning and staying current with the latest marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition Support: Assist in developing and executing multi-channel acquisition strategies, focusing on digital channels (paid search, paid social, display ads, etc.) and organic channels (SEO, content marketing, partnerships).
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Help manage and optimize acquisition campaigns across various platforms to meet customer acquisition goals, track KPIs, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Use customer data and insights to support the identification of key customer segments for acquisition strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and integrate efforts for maximum impact.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on acquisition performance, helping to measure ROI and provide actionable insights for improving future strategies.
  • Budget Support: Assist in managing the acquisition marketing budget to ensure resources are effectively allocated across campaigns and channels.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Support A/B tests and other experiments on ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels to continuously improve acquisition efforts.
  • Stay Current on Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to help identify new acquisition opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing, or performance marketing (preferably in an e-commerce or DTC environment).
  • Familiarity with managing paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and display networks.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Ability to assist with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Interest in A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for driving measurable results.

COMPENSATION

This is an exempt role.

The target pay range for this role is between 80k - 100k

This role is eligible for a bonus.
