About the Role
We’re currently seeking a full-time Integrated Marketing Senior Director to join our growing team. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this position will lead a team of integrated marketers who service our family of brands. This role is highly collaborative, cross-functional, and requires a strong understanding of marketing strategy and analytics. You should have hands-on experience developing, planning, launching, and analyzing campaigns and programs across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll be working hand-in-hand with Channel leads, Content, Merchandising, and Creative to develop best-in-class campaigns for Food52 and its family of brands.
Develop holistic marketing plans for Food52, Schoolhouse, and other brands, spanning all channels
Lead the development, briefing, planning, implementation, and reporting of campaigns across multiple consumer touch points including, but not limited to site, editorial, video, email, sms, paid/organic social, and store
Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and define best practices to reach and engage with them
Responsible for all integrated brand campaigns by ensuring synchronicity in execution across all marketing channels
Partner with creative teams to develop strong messaging and storytelling that is cohesive and consistent across marketing touch points
Lead the post-campaign debrief process by gathering learnings across all marketing channels
Conduct competitive audits and maintain a keen sense of consumer & industry trends to ensure we react swiftly to quick-turn opportunities
Partner with the Chief Growth Officer on key brand partnerships
8+ years’ experience in the ecommerce or direct-to-consumer space, preferably in a home or lifestyle brand
Highly collaborative nature and possess the ability to work cross-functionally while navigating through ambiguity and maintaining attention to detail
Strong track record of experience interacting and working with multiple stakeholders and partnering collaboratively
Demonstrated experience in successfully bringing campaigns to market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics, PowerPoint, data visualization tool (Looker) and project management tool (Google Sheets)

Compensation & Benefits
For residents of NY, NJ or CT the compensation range for this role is $170,000 - $190,000. Factors used to determine the salary range for a given position may impact what salary within the stated range may be offered to any particular candidate (e.g., years of experience, level of education obtained, etc.).
