About the Role:
The Chief of Staff to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) will serve as a partner to the CCO; collaborate regularly with Sr./Director level members of the Clinical department to design, implement, and measure performance against short and long term objectives; set agendas for key internal meetings and act as proxy for the CCO when appropriate; help prioritize among competing corporate and departmental needs to support the scaling of the Clinical department; act in an advisory capacity through leveraging healthcare leadership experience; help determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance; continuously improve cross-functional teamwork across the organization.

What you would be doing at Expressable (essential functions)

  • Support CCO in prioritizing and managing strategic goals
  • Develop and implement strategies for clinical management and process improvements
  • Generate insights and innovative solutions from analytics to improve care and service delivery; build KPI dashboards encouraging data transparency across the org
  • Serve as primary clinical operations liaison for internal collaborative departments. Including product, intake, corporate teams, etc.
  • Participate in meetings regarding program development, policies, procedures, program evaluation, etc. related to clinical services, as needed
  • Work with operations leadership to assess barriers and find opportunities to improve clinical care efficiency and outcomes
  • Liaise with clinical leaders to establish, monitor, and report on operational KPIs such as utilization, capacity, quality, and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities with cross-departmental collaboration to streamline operations using product enhancements, systems and tools, whether licensed or built in-house

What you bring to Expressable

  • Bachelors degree
  • A minimum of five years experience in healthcare operations
  • Ability to collaborate with an all-remote geographically-distributed team
  • Proficiency in GoogleSuite and/or Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to independently master new technologies
